Terms of Use for the MONT TECH Portal
MONT TECH Mongolia (Cloud Provider LLC, hereinafter referred to as a 'Company') offers information, products, and services on its website monttech.mn (hereinafter referred to as a 'Portal') under the following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as a 'Terms').
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Portal. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Portal.
By 'you' or 'your,' we mean you personally (i.e., the individual who reads and accepts responsibility under these terms). If you are operating the Portal on behalf of a corporation or another legal entity (including, as applicable, joint stock companies, limited liability companies, or limited liability partnerships), jointly with you and your corporation or other legal entity on whose behalf you operate the Portal.
1. You agree to ensure that all your employees are bound by these terms and conditions and accept responsibility for their actions and omissions in connection with the Portal, including any violations of the Terms.
2. You also agree that all employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any passwords they use to access the Portal. You further agree not to permit any employee to share their password or username, or to transfer the right to use or access the Portal to any other employee or third party. If an employee leaves your organization or if you need to restrict an employee's access to the Portal, you are responsible for implementing such changes.
3. To use the Portal, you must fully and unconditionally accept all provisions of these Rules. You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with the use of the Portal is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to monitor and update this information regularly. You acknowledge that if any information you provide is or becomes incorrect, outdated, or incomplete, the Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Portal.
4. To use the Portal, you must register at https://monttech.mn and provide complete and accurate information about yourself. You may need to enter into an agreement with the Company to access specific sections of the Portal. During registration, please use your corporate email address and the employee’s actual first and last name. You agree not to use a username (or email address) that is already in use by another individual.
The authorization data (login and password) you receive when using the Portal are intended only for your personal use and are not intended for any other persons. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you use to access the Portal and you agree not to share your password or login with any third party. Any communication made through the Portal using your password or login is solely your responsibility. You agree to immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use of your password or login or any other breach of confidentiality related to your account or the Portal. The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in connection with your breach of the above obligations.
5. You agree that the information that the Company collects, stores and processes includes contact information, organization information and payment details entered by you when registering on the Portal, in your personal account on the Portal, when registering for the Company events or received by us from third parties. The Company does not collect information that is prohibited by applicable law from being collected.
When registering on the Portal, we request that you complete a registration form and provide certain personal data. We use this information to communicate with you further.
The purpose of collecting personal data is to provide you with the services requested through the Portal.
The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without the permission of its owner, except for the following cases:
- After obtaining the consent of the owner of the Personal Data, for appropriate actions with this data;
- If it is necessary to transfer such data to fulfill your order or request;
If necessary to comply with applicable laws, requests and requirements of judicial, law enforcement and other government authorities.
6. You agree that Company will send you information about products, services, special offers and promotions provided by the Company and its partners.
7. The Portal, the products and services provided on the Portal and the information, software, documents and graphics on the Portal may include technical inaccuracies, errors or omissions. This information is subject to change. The Company and/or its suppliers have the right to improve and/or change the specified data on the Portal at any time.
8. Links on the Portal will allow you to log out of the Portal. The Company does not have control over linked websites and assumes no responsibility for their content, updates, or changes. These links are provided solely for your convenience.
9. When using the Portal, you must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements. You agree:
- Do not use the Portal for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
- Do not collect or personally receive personal information from other users of the Portal.
- Do not impersonate any person or company, including any representative of the Company, or make unsubstantiated claims of affiliation with any person or company.
- Do not interfere with or disrupt the Portal or the servers and networks used to access the Portal, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks.
- Do not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of the Portal for commercial purposes.
- Do not modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of this Portal (including any content, software, or other materials) except as expressly permitted by law.
- Do not use any robot, Portal search/retrieval application or other software or manual means to retrieve, index, search or gather data.
10. In addition to the provisions of these Terms, any Promotions conducted through the Portal may be subject to special rules that are separate from these Terms. When you participate in any such Promotion, you will be subject to these rules, which may differ from the terms and conditions set forth herein. The Company strongly recommends that you review any special rules applicable to a particular Promotion.
11. You agree that the Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate your access to the Portal and any associated accounts at any time, for any reason or no reason, including if the Company believes you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, you lose the right to use the Portal immediately. The Company may effectuate termination without prior notice and may deactivate or delete your password, login, and associated information and files, and/or restrict further access to such information or files. You agree that the Company and its employees have no obligation to you or any third party for terminating your access to the Portal or any associated information and files, and they are not obligated to provide such information or files after termination of access.
